Urgently Required: Project Manager and Senior Process Engineer

Our client, a major world-wide Corporation with a Representative Office in Indonesia for Engineering Consultancy for Energy and Water projects currently requires capable candidate to fill the position of:

Project Manager (PM)

The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and/or experience:

• Requires a B. S. degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• EPC backgrounds with 10-15 year experiences that can develop solid execution plans and carry them through completion. His experience needs to be oil & gas related, preferably gas focused to match up with LNG and Gas Processing business objectives. Previous experience with LNG, Gas Processing, Sulfur and/or Gasification technologies are preferred.
• Possess strong communication, skills and specialized knowledge and application of PM processes; Financial Management; leading large teams; and understanding & application of contract commercial terms.
• Manages large engineering projects involving multiple clients or partners or medium EPC projects
• Ability to deliver the projects successfully and meeting company's and client's satisfactions, proved by new/repeat business on large size projects; supports contract negotiations with clients
• Manages multiple risks which includes fixed price or new technology or non domestic markets or new clients
• Can negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups; able to win concessions without damaging relationships; able to direct and forceful as well as diplomatic; gains trust quickly of other parties to the negotiations; has a good sense of timing.

Senior Process Engineer (SPE)

The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and/or experience:

• Requires min. a B. S. degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with min. 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. Previous experience with LNG, Gas Processing, Sulfur and/or Gasification technologies are preferred.
• Supports all phases of the project work including business capture, conceptual design, detailed engineering and start-up assistance. Duties include process simulation, preparation of process flow diagrams, preparation of piping and instrument diagrams, process equipment specifications and involvement in the preparation of start-up and operating manuals.
• Have the ability to supervise other engineers and serve as the lead process engineer on projects. Support company marketing efforts involving proposal write-ups and client presentations.
• Additionally candidate should possess strong communication and sales skills to support local efforts in landing work locally in terms of studies and project related work to sustain local utilization and billability.
