JOB VACANCIES FOR OIL & GAS COMPANY

Our client as one of the biggest International Oil & Gas company, currently seeking for urgent positions with details as follow:

1. QC ACCOUNTANT / CONTRACT OFFICER (ACO)

Scope of Work:

- Assist PROJECT LEADER to create relevant cost control breakdown

- Ensure coordination with Finance and Cost control (SAP)

- Follow contractual process

- Assist PROJECT LEADER for invoice validation and close follow up of payment process

- Accounting and cost control of permitting expenses related to seismic acquisition projects.

- Control accounting documents, organize regular filing systems for the documents, list them in

detail in an exhaustive Excel file (General Ledger of permitting activities), localize payments

(one “localization” field in Excel table)

- Control matching of signature between "Services tickets" (temporary employment sheet) of

fishermen for policing boats, with signature within "List of wages receipts" (signed receipts)

- Cost control monthly report with statistics (word, Excel, and power points)

Qualification:

- Age: minimum 30 years old

- Educational Background: Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting

- Minimum 5 years experience, at wellsite operations supervisory level or seismic operations

- Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia speaking and writing. French appreciated

- Knowledge of Contractual process and SAP system

2. SENIOR GEOPHYSICIST (SPECIALIZED IN SEISMIC ACQUISITION AND PROCESSING)

Scope of Work:

- Supervise, assist planning and implementation of a seismic data acquisition program within the area of operations

- Provide expertise to control all the technical aspects of operations

- Ensure Contractor/Subcontractors are suitably experienced to meet technical requirements

- Technically validate all equipment, software and processing sequence to be used in operations

- Provide instructions to Contractor/Subcontractor for operations

- Field activity supervision to ensure appropriate operational methods are applied according to variable conditions likely to be encountered

- Control the seismic results

- Report quality matters on day to day basis

- Propose technical improvements in operational methods when necessary

- Maintain close cooperation with representative team

- Actively participate and support supervisors in fulfilling their duties when on site

- Attend meetings

Qualification:

- Age: minimum 35 years old

- Educational Background: Bachelor degree or higher in Earth Sciences, Petroleum or other Engineering

- Minimum 15 years experience of proven experience in seismic operations with international exposure

- Fluent English (speaking and writing). Bahasa Indonesia or French required

- To have a solid and an international experience in 3D marine acquisition and processing. The candidate needs to be experienced with tender and contract preparation, writing technical specifications, on board supervision both for acquisition and processing matters

- To be experienced in modern 3D marine and Transition-Zone processing techniques (PSTM, bin centering, footprint removal, fourth order NMO, static corrections) and also in leading-edge processing techniques (PSDM, AVO)

- To have a good knowledge of the local environment and needs to have been involved in 3D seismic QC and supervision in the past three years in Indonesia, for both processing and acquisition matters

3. PERMITTING OFFICER (PO)

Scope of Work:

- Assist PERMIT SUPERVISOR in planning and implementing the permitting program within the area of operations

- Participate to seismic socialization within local Communities and Administration

- Assist Seismic to get all necessary permits

- Be engaged to supervise in the Environmental management program

- Participate in field management of all aspects of permitting

- Liaise with authorities and local communities for all permitting aspects

- Advise PERMIT SUPERVISOR on all permitting matters involving the seismic project

- Assist PERMIT SUPERVISOR for reporting progress on permitting matters

- Assist PERMIT SUPERVISOR for compensation payment on site

Qualification:

- Age: minimum 35 years old

- Educational Background: Higher learning certificate in Administration

- Minimum 10 years experience, at wellsite or on seismic operations supervisory level

- English and Bahasa Indonesia speaking and writing

4. PERMITTING ASSISTANT (PA)

Scope of Work:

- Assist PERMIT SUPERVISOR and PERMIT OFFICERS in implementing the permitting program within the area of operations

- Participate to seismic socialization within local Communities and Administration

- Assist Seismic to get all necessary permits

- Be engaged to supervise in the Environmental management program

- Participate in field implementation of all aspects of permitting

- Assist to liaise with authorities and local communities for all permitting aspects

- Advise PERMIT SUPERVISOR and PERMIT OFFICERS on all permitting matters involving the seismic project

- Assist PERMIT SUPERVISOR and PERMIT OFFICERS for reporting progress on permitting matters

- Assist PERMIT SUPERVISOR and PERMIT OFFICERS for compensation payment on site

Qualification:

- Age: minimum 30 years old

- Educational Background: Certificate in Administration or equivalent

- Minimum 7 years experience, at wellsite or on seismic operations supervisory level

- English and Bahasa Indonesia speaking and writing

5. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS (AO)

Scope of Work:

- Assist in getting administrative permits (Forestry or any other permits)

- Liaise with Local Governor for recommendation letters

- Liaise with Ministry at various level to speed up process of authorization

- Report on a day by day basis to PROJECT LEADER

Qualification:

- Age: minimum 35 years old

- Minimum 5 years experience, at wellsite or on seismic operations supervisory level

- Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia speaking and writing

6. GEOMECHANICS ENGINEER

Scope of Work:

- Perform PPV (Particule Velocity) measurements related to seismic shot point explosion.

- Analyze /define appropriate safety distances

- Recommendations and report

Qualification:

- Age: minimum 30 years old

- Minimum 5 years experience

- Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia speaking and writing

7. SEISMIC EQUIPMENT ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Scope of Work:

- Perform RECORDING EQUIPMENT inspection/audit

- Analyze equipment testing data

- Recommendation and report

Qualification:

- Age: minimum 35 years old

- Minimum 20 years experience

- Fluent English (speaking and writing). Bahasa Indonesia required and French appreciated
