Requirements: -
1) Posses Diploma in Mechanical or Material Engineering or Certificate in Mechanical Drafting.
2) Min. 5 years of piping design experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industries.
3) Having previous experience in Greenfield, Brownfield and plant modification projects.
4) Able to work in team and posses excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
5) Good skill in the application of Auto-Cad.
6) Knowledge in most commonly used software (Microstation) and 3D design exposure would be an advantage.
7) PC literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and MS Project as a minimum).
8) Good command in English (spoken and written).

1) Responsible in pipe routing and planning study.
2) Responsible in engineering design works such as plot plan, key plan, Underground and Aboveground piping arrangement, construction isometric and pipe support detail drawing, field fabrication part, etc.
3) Responsible in prepare information drawings such as civil information, nozzle orientation, vessel clip, instrument component information and process information (piping isometric for calculation of hydraulic delta-p, etc.)
4) Responsible to perform site survey in order to gain required information and/or verification of existing plant documentation.
5) Review all internal design check (IDC) documents from all disciplines.
6) Prepare Bill of Material and Bill of Quantity for procurement and construction activities.
7) Assist construction and commissioning activities (Field/Site works).

1) Candidate must possess at least Degree in Mechanical or Material Engineering.

3) Familiar with international codes and standard (especially ASME31.3, ANSI, PTS, SHELL DEP, etc.)
4) Good knowledge in preparation of engineering specifications and Job instructions for piping designs, insulation, painting etc.
5) Good knowledge in Plant Layout Planning and Detailed Piping Design in view of Construction, Process Flow Scheme, Machinery Operation etc.
6) Familiar with coordination work with Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Electrical interfacing with regard to layout and piping design.

Post of Proposal Engineer
Task:
Within the department Proposals, the Proposal Engineers are responsible for creating GT-package solutions. Based on customer specifications, in observation of the Clients' product portfolio, and discussions about the strategy to offer the team, the best GT-package solution concept developed. This means that the search should be for the right balance between thermodynamics, rotor dynamics and mechanics. There is much contact with other departments within and outside Hengelo. Besides developing the concept GT-package, it also provides a contribution to the determination of peripheral systems such as process systems, oil systems, operating systems and the documentation of the these. Therefore a Proposal Engineer is a generalist over the boundaries of the areas to think about process engineering, mechanical and technical control. Together with the Proposal Manager and other people within the offering team, the Offer is created and then followed up. This means attending meetings with a potential customer. And in case of success: the correct way of transferring it in the organization.
